TerraEvalsm
Alltec Corporation has developed the TerraEvalsm Advanced
Solution Assessment engineering service, combining any or all of our
capabilities, to facilitate the design of grounding systems which meet
or exceed any performance specification. Alltec provides customized grounding
designs and specifications for virtually any application. Design engineers
utilize information gathered from pre-installation testing to create
a grounding system that is specific to the site parameters and takes
into account the soil resistivity of the area, the geographical size
of the site, and the typical local atmospheric conditions at the facility
throughout the year. Taking all of these considerations into account,
Win IGS™ and CDEGS™ Grounding Analysis Software are utilized to develop
a system to meet each client’s specifications, including ground potential
rise and fault current distribution. Construction prints created in AutoCAD®
are provided for installation.
Project Management
Managing Lightning Protection, Grounding, & Power Quality Projects
Alltec Corporation’s project management team provides strong, cost
effective, and professional project management services that encompass
engineering, architectural, construction as well as technical and testing
support:
- Generation of a comprehensive consultancy study for provision of facility lightning protection, grounding, and surge protection
- Survey of individual work locations
- Provide all testing equipment and materials for surveys
- Preparation of Statement of Work
- Selection of appropriate type of grounding, lightning, and surge protection systems
- Preparation of applicable design drawings, software modeling of recommended solution, and specifications for materials and installation
- Conduct education and training sessions for company personnel
- Supervision of installation of system
