Now That's Quality: ISO 9001:2000

Alltec World Headquarters has always been committed to Quality and continuous improvement. We are pleased to share with you that Alltec World Headquarters is in the process of having its quality system certified and registered as compliant with ISO 9001:2000.
Through this process we are taking the opportunity to examine all of our processes and procedures to ensure that we address all of the elements of ISO 9001:2000 and meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.
Christopher Bean, President, has confirmed Alltec’s Quality Policy as follows:
Customers are the center of our focus and define the quality of our performance, reliability, competitive pricing, on-time delivery, service, proper transactional processing, and continuous improvement efforts. In pursuit of these goals, the Alltec corporate environment is one of personal and corporate growth, empowerment, and freedom to help our customers realize their desired goals. Quality is the responsibility of and success for every employee.
While ISO 9001:2000 contains only five major sections as shown below, every aspect of our operation is captured in these five broad sections.

- Resource Management
- Product Realization
- Measurement, Analysis and Improvement
Management commitment and responsibility is the most critical factor in developing and formalizing the ISO 9001:2000 system. Alltec is pleased to state without reservation that management and the entire staff is fully committed to the process and to achieving our quality system goals.
Alltec anticipates certification and registration during the month of November 2008.
