The PowerTrip SPT continuously monitors all modes for any high/low frequency deviation of the 50/60hz sinewave and responds immediately to address that frequency change to restore it to normal. The advantage of this method of design is to radically reduce or eliminate “software confusion” – or false zero crossings of the sinewave – spikes that are occurring at or around the 180 degree point of the sinewave.
